I am Reminded That I am a New Creation in God (2 Corinthians 5:17), I am Reminded what my life was before I surrendered, my life to Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 2:1–3). But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us. (Ephesians 2:4-6). Yes, I am Reminded what my life was before I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ, surrendering to His Lordship. I am Reminded this new morning, that we are Sojourners in a world that is not my home. I am Reminded that this place in which the Lord has placed me is not my permanent residence (Hebrews 13:14-15), (1 Peter 2:11). I am Reminded that I am not identified by a Political Party, nor by its policies and all that goes with it. (Romans 12:2). I am not identified by which church I attend or what Pastors I follow. Jesus is the Cornerstone of the Church (1Peter 2:6),and we are “like living stones.. being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ” (1Peter 2:5), (Hebrews 10:24-25). I am reminded that I am a child of the King of Kings (John 1:12), and there is a room in my Father’s house which He is preparing for His children (John14:2-3) So, until then, let us continue going about doing our Father’s business (Colossians 3:23). With love for one another (Romans 13:8); casting your anxieties upon Him (1Peter 5:7) and counting it all joy, (James 1:3), for He is with us wherever we go. (Joshua 1:9). Let us continue to grow in Him as we read and meditate on His Word day and night. (Joshua 1:8). Remain diligent in reading the Word of God and Praying! all which is an act of worship..
